Shipping and Returns

We are happy to accept any returns or exchanges within 10 days from your order date. If the item you wish to exchange is not available you will be issued a refund for your purchase price in the same form of payment used during purchase. Shipping fees can never be refunded.

To be eligible for a exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned. We will not exchange or return any products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hats, or jewelry.

To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your item(s) is(are) received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your item is approved for exchange or refund.

All Orders:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. We currently only ship to the US.
